1. Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value is £150 for first time customers. Returning customers, the minimum order is £50.

 

2. MSRP

Products purchased from Carla’s Cwtch shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the customer chooses to place the products for sale at a discount, please do not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount can be requested and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.

 

3. Wholesale Pricing

Product listing shows the wholesale price and RRP is detailed in the product description with a mark up of 2.4. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please contact to discuss working together. We reserve the right to refuse an order if necessary.

4. Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. A standard shipping charge of £10 is added at checkout. We use DPD next day delivery service to ensure your purchase arrives promptly and we have appropirate insurance to cover the journey to you. We cover the shipping fee when you order over £500.

 

5. Production

As a small business we create all our products by hand please keep this in mind when ordering and place orders as early as possible. During busy seasons we aim to have ready made products available where possible and employ an availablity system to manage work flow. We will let stockists know when open spaces become available.

 

6. Returns

Return requests must be emailed within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.

For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a restocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer.

Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.

 

7. Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact info@carlas-cwtch.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments if there are any issues. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

8. Delivery Window

Please allow at least 3 working days from dispatch notice. You will recieve dispatch notification from the courier.

9. International Orders

We do not currently ship international orders at this time.

We have experienced too many customs and shipping complications to make this worthwhile for the customer.

 

10. Packaging and display

Products will arrive on earring display cards made of recycled paper and stud earrings on seeded plantable paper. Suitable sized product will be in fully recycable gift boxes. Our products are best displayed in slotted display stands or hung on pegs etc. Your purchase will also contain a bilingual display board in English and Welsh with details of the product materials such as metals used to help service your customers needs.

11. Multi packs

Where products are packaged with multiple items e.g, gift sets, stud packs etc, these must be sold as advertised. Please do not repackage and sell individually.

12. Marketing Images

Following ordering we will send stockists a One Drive link in order to use high qulaity marketing images created by Jack Danks Photography. The images are owned by Carlas Cwtch so can only be used by the stockists for their own marketing on social media, e-commerce and published marketing.

13. Invoice payment

Once we recieve your order form submssion an invoice for payment will be issued. This must be made 14 days following the safe delivery of your order. Payment for orders must be recieved before a restock order can be placed. We reserve the right to refuse an order if payment is delayed.
